Job Description: HR Associate

We are seeking a dedicated and motivated individual to join us as an HR Associate. This entry-level position is ideal for candidates with 0-1 years of experience who are passionate about human resources and eager to support various HR functions.

Responsibilities:
  • Recruitment and Onboarding: Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews. Coordinate and conduct new employee orientations to ensure a smooth onboarding process. Maintain and update recruitment records and documentation.
  • Employee Records and Documentation: Maintain and update employee records, including personal information, benefits, and performance evaluations. Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations regarding record-keeping.
  • Employee Engagement: Support the planning and execution of employee engagement activities, such as team-building events, workshops, and surveys. Contribute to creating a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
  • Performance Management: Assist in the performance management process by tracking performance evaluations and employee feedback.Maintain performance documentation and records.
  • Employee Communications: Assist in the development and distribution of internal HR communications, including announcements and policy updates.
  • Compliance and Reporting: Ensure compliance with labour laws and regulations. Assist in generating HR-related reports and analytics for management review.
  • Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the HR department, including filing, data entry, and scheduling meetings.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred. 
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt to new HR processes and technologies.
