We are seeking a motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join us at Dieutek. In this role, you’ll be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and driving growth in the software development industry.

• Develop and execute strategies to drive business growth and expand our client base.
• Identify potential clients in the market, initiate contact, and establish relationships.
• Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and opportunities.
• Collaborate closely with the software development team to understand our services and convey them effectively to clients.
• Prepare and present proposals, negotiate contracts, and close sales to meet revenue targets.
• Manage client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
• Generate regular reports on sales performance and forecast business opportunities.

• Minimum of 3+ years of experience in business development or sales.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
• Strong understanding of software development services and industry trends.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience using CRM software and other sales tools is a plus.
